Web3 UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer to design and optimize Meowster's user interface and experience. You will work closely with product managers and the development team to deliver intuitive, innovative, and user-friendly designs. Understanding Meme creation or having experience with Meme-related design is a plus!

Responsibilities

1. Design User Interfaces: Create modern, intuitive UIs based on product requirements (e.g., NFT claims, token transactions, airdrop and red envelope features, AI assistant).
2. Optimize User Experience: Ensure smooth user experiences when using the extension, reducing Web3 operational complexity and improving overall usability and satisfaction.
3. Interaction Flow Design: Define and optimize interaction flows for features like task and incentive modules, on-chain transaction processes, and Meme tools.
4. Responsive Design: Design responsive layouts compatible with multiple devices, considering future mobile requirements.
5. Meme-related Design: Contribute to the creative development of Meme tools, enabling the generation of high-quality Meme content (e.g., text/image layout and keyword suggestions).
6. Brand Consistency: Ensure design styles align with Meowster’s branding and demonstrate professionalism in details.

Requirements

1. Proficiency with Tools: Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with knowledge of best practices for prototype and high-fidelity interface design.
2. Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains, NFTs, tokens, airdrops, and IDOs, with insights into Web3 user behaviors.
3. User-Centric Thinking: Ability to design interfaces and pathways from both beginner and advanced Web3 user perspectives.
4. Meme Creativity: Unique understanding of Meme culture and creation, with familiarity with internet dissemination patterns to inspire Meme tool design.
5. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate closely with developers and product managers, clearly conveying design ideas and driving implementation.
6. Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Bonus Points

• Experience in using AI content generation features.
• Background in designing Twitter-based products or extensions.
• Knowledge of designing user incentive systems, task systems, and data display modules.
