Web3 Gaming Support Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and streamline daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met.
• Work with external vendors and partners, managing contracts, negotiations, and operational workflows to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.

Requirements to succeed :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an operations or project management role, ideally in tech, gaming, or blockchain industries.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry and/or blockchain technologies is a strong plus.
