About the company:

The company is a prominent multi-level marketing (MLM) company specializing in health supplements, personal care products, and lifestyle goods. They aim to empower individuals to achieve financial independence while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Exposure in developing and supporting J2EE web applications and eCommerce websites. Able to build and implement new features, and ensure applications/websites are optimized for performance and security.
2. Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to create scalable and efficient code. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
3. Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to meet user requirements and expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Stakeholders Interaction: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical advice and solutions. Communicate effectively to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of eCommerce sites. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively suggest improvements and innovations to enhance the quality and performance of eCommerce solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a web developer, with a strong focus on eCommerce platforms. Proven experience in developing and managing projects on Magento and/or Adobe Commerce Cloud.
3. Familiar with J2EE Programming, Spring Boot, Microservices, Thymeleaf, Git, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
4. Strong understanding of J2EE applications and design frameworks.
5. Strong understanding of Magento and/or Adobe Commerce (or other eCommerce platform) Cloud architecture, modules, and themes.
6. Candidates with hands-on experience on other eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.) will also be considered.
7. Proficient in SQL (MySQL), including writing complex queries.
8. Extensive experience in PHP programming is an added advantage.
9. Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging techniques.
