The new role

As a Consultant, you will be at the center of client and candidate relationships. As a key to your role, you will bring value to both clients and candidates by driving and managing the hire process across the various stakeholders. As a 360 role, you will be identifying and building quality client relationships and assessing the needs of each individual assignment and match the requirements. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients. You will also be involved in developing recruiting strategies and work with clients and candidates throughout the process.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will wear many hats within the organization. You will need to approach your job with drive, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and tenacity.
