Wash Equipment Technician (Junior)

The wash team consists of highly technical process engineers, equipment engineers, technical specialists, and manufacturing specialists that support, innovate, and improve a set of fully automated wash equipment that provide nano-level cleanliness and defect-free product surfaces. Engineering fields relevant to the team include electrical, electronics, mechanical, pneumatic, chemical, material science, particle physics, and microbiology.

About the role - you will:

• Perform daily tasks such as machine troubleshooting, data recording, and shift equipment reporting
• Attend immediately to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)/Failure Analysis (FA) findings related to Wash/AOI
• Investigate and troubleshoot wash line quality and yield excursions
• Work with Engineers to perform engineering evaluations for study and continuous improvement
• Be required to work long hours (if required), shift work, and overtime (OT)

• Willing to learn and explore new experiences
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attitude and able to collaborate and cooperate with other departments
• Acquired knowledge and skills in maintenance of process and utility equipment
• Experience with PLC, inverters, and instrumentation will be an added advantage
• Deep knowledge and skills in maintenance of process and utility equipment
• Able to work long hours (if needed), shift work, and overtime

Your experience includes:

• Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Fresh Diploma holders and Certificate holders in Engineering studies (Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical) with working experience are welcomed to apply
• Maintenance of process and utility equipment

PLC, inverters, and instrumentation will be an added advantage

Practice and implement in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001 & ISO4500
