As a Warehouse & Yard Manager, you're leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. In this role, you will ensure standard processes. You will ensure procedures for warehouse activities in order to meet internal and external customers’ requirements.

As a Warehouse & Yard Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Implementing Global and Region Productivity Strategy for Warehouse & Yard (WH&Y), executing service level agreement under ownership with AMO and Service Delivery.
2. Reviewing WH&Y throughput and efficiency and identify opportunities. If labor hours are higher than normal, investigate and develop action plans to address.
3. Following 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety) and Lean strategy in place and executed as per plan.
4. Reviewing workforce reviews with regional senior leadership to ensure capacity planning in line with forecasted activity.
5. Engaging with PL Inventory Managers on stocking requirements versus forecast, full accountability on storage and preservation of materials.
6. Being responsible for physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API) within Country under ownership.
7. Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned.
8. Being full accountability of WH&Y financial aspects, controls and reports the metrics, measures versus target for country warehouse & yard financials.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

1. Demonstrate front-line supervisor of 8+ years of experience managing and supervising personnel.
2. Have direct experience in Warehouse management / Distribution / Operations / Asset and/or Inventory management in Oil & Gas Industry.
3. Have Bachelor or higher in any field / major with proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel.
4. Be available for Travel domestically as required.
5. Have knowledge and experience with the usage of barcoding, radio frequency identification (RFID) or QR codes is an advantage.
6. Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical, communication, leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.
