Warehouse Supervisor - Scommerce (Kuching)

• 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required

Job Requirements

• Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements.
• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in logistics operations is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
• Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
• Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.

Job Scopes

• Oversee and monitor the daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound).
• Manage team member’s performance including attendance and productivity.
• Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently.
• Seek continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Salary Range: RM 2,500
