Job Requirements
Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements.
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
Experience in logistics operations is preferred.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an advantage.
Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.
Job Scopes
Oversee and monitor the daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound).
Manage team member’s performance including attendance and productivity.
Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently.
Seek continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
