Job Description
Oversee and monitor the daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound).
Manage team member’s performance including attendance and productivity.
Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently.
Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements.
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in logistics operations would be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
- Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
- Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.
- Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required.
- Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
