1) To monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely, and warehouse space is used efficiently.
2) To ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet the organization needs; managing out-of-stock, over-stocked products & aging products.
3) Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
4) Supervise staff to ensure that all warehouse activities, and all machines and equipment are operated safely.
5) Train new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards.
6) To supervise and motivate subordinates in day-to-day operations.
7) To ensure operational work meets ISO/FSSC/HACCP requirements.
8) To plan and conduct EOM stock counts without any delay.
9) Monitor stock balance system and physical inventory.
