Warehouse Supervisor and Logistic ( Mandarin Speaker )

Job Responsibility

1. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies. Report any issues promptly to management.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using our inventory management software. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder requests as needed to prevent shortages.
3. Storage and Organization: Ensure all received materials are properly stored in designated locations within the warehouse. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and free from clutter.
4. Order Processing: Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders.
5. Issuing Materials: Handle the issuance of materials and supplies to internal departments or personnel according to their requisitions. Keep track of outgoing materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during audits.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a storekeeping or similar role.
3. Proficiency in using inventory management software.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
8. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
