WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

About the role

IOBED (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations for the Water Purifier Section and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our storage and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities for the water purifier section.
2. Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
3. Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
4. Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
5. Check orders, goods received, and dispatch for accuracy.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
7. Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and tidy.
8. Arrange warehouse handling equipment and load/unload goods.
9. Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
10. Ensure efficient processes are in place for the receiving and dispatching of goods.
11. Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
12. Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.
13. Pack water purifiers and components carefully for shipping—affix accurate labels.
14. Load and unload trucks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
15. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with processes.

What we're looking for

1. SPM or Diploma in a related field.
2. Physically fit for heavy lifting.
3. Awareness of workplace safety standards.
4. Experience in warehouse management.
5. Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse equipment.
6. Basic understanding of product handling.
7. Handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization.
8. Familiarity with water purifier systems and operational equipment is an advantage.
