Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Stock Keeper to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient stock management. Success in this role means maintaining a well-organized warehouse, optimizing storage space, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate stock flow, directly contributing to the company’s operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and streamline operations.
• Ensure goods are properly stored, handled, and comply with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM or above.
• Languages: Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English for effective communication.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Skills: Basic computer skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
