Minimum Qualification: Degree in Logistic/Warehousing/Business Admin/Business Management or related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Warehouse Operation, Logistics, and equivalent.
Special Skill: Knowledge in SAP System.

Knowledge:
- Good Knowledge of proper Inventory Management (FEFO/FIFO).
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in Warehouse Management (5S practice/Safety Issue).
- Good Knowledge of Food Safety Management, Lean Management.
- Good knowledge of ISO System, GMP & HACCP System, SEDEX system, and HALAL System.
- Highly knowledgeable in using ERP Systems such as Auto-count and SAP.
- Communication Skills: need to speak with supervisors, coworkers, operators, suppliers, and customers regularly.
- Critical-Thinking Skills: need to devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: need to be ready when problems arise or anticipate problems before they happen.

Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to workers to be completed:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities.
- Work order for incoming team (rework activities).
- Assign workers to do cycle counts for items in the warehouse randomly.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
Reporting the effectiveness of warehouse activities:- Cycle Count report Monthly.
- Incoming/Inventory Report.
- Delivery arrangement Status Report.
- Lorry monitoring log report.
- Cleanliness Report.
- Work order report.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area:- Do cycle counts every month to check accuracy of stock in warehouse.
- Check location and transfer location for items.
- Alert Leader on slow-movement and/or aged goods.
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy:- (i) INCOMING: Recheck the physical incoming check sheet and report any issues during receiving to procurement department for continuous improvement.
- (ii) DELIVERY: Monitor delivery arrangements for all DO’s issued by supply chain management team.
Preventive Maintenance & Warehouse Management:- Discuss issues thoroughly with superior.
- Deal with suppliers on technical issues – reach truck, air conditioner.
- Manage housekeeping to ensure cleanliness at all times.
- Check all service and maintenance schedules.
Checking & purchasing packaging material:- Open PO (Purchase Order) for packaging material or purchase any related to warehouse operation.
- Email the PO to supplier to proceed with the order.
- Manage packing materials efficiently to reduce wastage and costs.
Find new suppliers for machinery, equipment, or packaging material:- At least 3 quotations for each item for comparison on costing and performance.
- Discuss quotations with Superior for final purchasing decision.
ISO, GMP, HACCP, SEDEX, HALAL Requirements:- To fulfill ISO and GMP requirements under Warehouse Operation Department.
Customer Complaints Management:- Investigate customer complaints (Root cause and preventive action).
- Reply to CAR as per process time given.
- Follow up on results of preventive action taken.
Others:- Office Management.
- Ensure stationery stock available at all times.
- Manage pantry stock and arrange it accordingly.
- Ensure First Aid stock available at all times.
- Manage housekeeping to ensure cleanliness at all times (office, toilet, documentation).
