Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound. Also manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Enforce and adhere to safety regulations and standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, coordinate repairs as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM and above.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operation and in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and possess forklift certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and good problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse software and MS Office applications.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
