WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee our warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations for our growing e-commerce company that specializes in cleaning products. You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including overseeing warehouse assistants, ensuring smooth pick and pack operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants in their daily tasks, including pick and pack operations, inventory management, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring and assisting with the picking, packing, and shipment of products according to packing standards.
• Generate and manage Airway Bills for shipments, ensuring correct documentation and timely courier pickups.
• Oversee the receiving process, ensuring all incoming shipments are inspected, recorded, and stored according to company standards.
• Perform regular inventory counts and work with the warehouse manager to organize stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Supervise the maintenance of warehouse organization, ensuring products are arranged for easy accessibility and that cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Monitor warehouse team performance and productivity, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies, damages, or defects in products, ensuring they are properly recorded and reported.
• Ensure safety protocols and operational efficiency are followed at all times.
• Manage the allocation of tasks and resources to ensure the timely completion of all warehouse operations.
• Report directly to the Warehouse Manager and assist with reporting and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate a forklift and reach truck.
• Proficient in basic computer systems for record-keeping and generating reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing requirements.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse management role.
