WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Implement effective storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of products and raw materials.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or quality issues immediately to management.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions to resolve quality problems.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and production activities.
• Prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Engineering or any related field.
• Experience in production planning and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with a keen interest are welcome.
