As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a role in the warehouse operations by ensuring that products are packed efficiently and accurately for shipment and delivery. You will be responsible for carefully packing items into appropriate packaging materials, labeling packages, and preparing them for shipment or delivery. Attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in this role to ensure that products are delivered to customers in excellent condition and on time.

Job Responsibilities

1. Pack items according to established guidelines and requirements to ensure safe transportation and delivery.
2. Verify the accuracy of product codes and quantities before packaging.
3. Select appropriate packaging materials based on the nature of the product and the shipping method.
4. Carefully handle fragile or delicate items to prevent damage during packing.
5. Apply labels or tags to packages with accurate shipping information, including addresses and tracking numbers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient packing process.
7. Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet daily packaging targets and deadlines.
8. Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure that they meet quality standards.
9. Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
10. Perform quarterly stock counts and maintain inventory level by ensuring accurate stock records, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
11. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

1. At least SPM/ STPM
2. Preferable candidate with 1-year relevant working experience
3. Must be willing to travel to Desa Sri Hartamas
