Job Responsibility

Job Requirements

  1. Handling and maintenance of production lines such as standard operating procedures (SOP), workflow.
  2. Managing incoming and outgoing shipments and containers.
  3. Arranging the shipments and containers in order based on batch, product brands, etc.
  4. Control product quality and brands, with on-spot reporting to the Head of Department immediately for any issues occurring.
  5. Filing management and keeping records without leaking to any third parties or unnecessary people.
  6. Managing all communication systems, including phone and email correspondence.
  7. Managing schedules, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes.
  8. Communicating the schedule to the production team.
  9. Driving a forklift if required.
  10. Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
  11. Estimating the amount of materials, equipment, and labor required for production.
  12. Controlling the quality of raw materials and scheduling the production plan.
  13. Promptly addressing and resolving production problems to minimize delays in production.
  14. Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
  15. Daily checks on assembly or production line adherence to standards and procedures and compliance with legal requirements.
  16. Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
  17. Recording inspection results (reports, input data into quality database).
  18. Completing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management/Supervisor/Head of Department.
  19. Job responsibilities may change from time to time according to organizational requirements.
