Warehouse Operation Lead

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and monitor effective and on-time end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inbound, cross check, racking, picking, packing, and outbound.
2. Arrange and coordinate to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
3. Train new teammates for warehouse operations.
4. Monitor, resolve, and report daily fulfillment statuses.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for fulfillment-related questions.
6. Discuss, plan, stand-by, and execute to support sales peak season.
7. Maintain a safe and secured work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
8. Capable of problem-solving and detail-oriented.
9. Prepare and report to the management on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.

Minimum Requirements

1. Candidate must hold at least an Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Business, Management, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the full spectrum of warehouse operations.
3. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operation management.
4. Passion for hands-on performance in on-ground warehouse processes.
5. Highly organized and dedicated.
6. Team player with strong communication and reporting capabilities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms).
