Job DescriptionManage the day-to-day operations within the sorting center using the daily performance report, track record of high performance, and team improvement.
Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
Dispute resolution within and outside the team.
Lead team briefing, weekly meetings with staff, and regular meetings on team performance.
Continuously improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Improve internal processes between the sorting center and the rest of the Operations team to enhance the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Requirements- Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements.
- More than 10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, courier services industry, or similar capacity.
- Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with team responsibility.
- Proven analytical skills and operational management skills.
- Attention to detail in Productivity Management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a result-oriented environment.
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule.
- Working location: Menggatal, Kota Kinabalu.
