Job Description

  1. Oversee and strategically manage the warehouse, ensuring alignment with company policies and vision.
  2. Oversee the inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound operations, and maintenance operations.
  3. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all warehouse operations.
  4. Manage various analyses, including cost/benefit, cost optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, and solution feasibility.
  5. Lead team briefings, conduct weekly meetings with staff, and hold regular meetings to evaluate team performance.
  6. Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives, utilizing analytics and a strong understanding of the local market.
  7. Produce regular reports and statistics, including warehouse key metrics, shrinkage reports, stock movement reports, and cost reports.

Requirements

  1. Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements.
  2. More than 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related field.
  3. Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility.
  4. Proven analytical skills and operational management skills.
  5. Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and English.
  7. Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment.
  8. Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
