Job Description

Warehouse Manager should direct and oversee the storage and operation of Warehouse which include facilities. Responsibilities include managing Warehouse employees, inspecting goods, ensuring effective operations, handling customer requests, and overseeing safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Overall daily operation of Warehouse including physical inbound and outbound activities, inventory management and accuracy, safety, and quality.
• Promote and implement strategic continuous improvement plans in Warehouse activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy from time to time.
• Safeguard Warehouse operation and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintain Warehouse staff by recruiting, orienting, coordinating training for employees, and appraising job results.
• Maintain compliance with Halal and Malaysian regulations related to Warehousing, advising Management on required actions.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
