3. Monitor Stock: Monitor stock in and out and send a report at the end of the month with Quality Control (QC).
4. Maintaining Equipment: The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor belts, are maintained and functioning properly.
5. Overseeing Shipping and Receiving: The warehouse supervisor manages all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Handling Customer Requests: The supervisor is often the first point of contact for customer requests, such as tracking shipments or addressing complaints.
7. Reporting: The warehouse supervisor reports to upper management on the status of warehouse operations, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
