Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Optimize warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing company products.
2. Involve in developing and implementing continual improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to warehouse operations staff, ensuring resources are used efficiently and work schedules are met.
4. Implement and enforce policies and standard operating procedures, prepare and attend audit findings, and execute corrective measures.
5. Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Liaise with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution activities.
7. Oversee forklift usage and maintenance, providing basic forklift training to forklift drivers regularly.
8. Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless workflow.
9. Coordinate monthly and yearly stock takes effectively.
10. Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the PPC Manager and Factory Manager.

Job Requirement

1. At least 2 years of experience in warehousing.
2. Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Warehousing or any related field.
3. Possess an active forklift license.
4. Good understanding of safety and health compliance and implementation for warehouse systems.
5. Strong planning and coordination skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and good problem-solving skills.
6. Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
