Job Description

Hub Manager

1. Lead and establish operation processes in the hub during start-up phase
2. Track, monitor and ensure on-time shipment delivery from picked up to end customer
3. Manage and hire Staff / Subcon / Part time driver / rider
4. Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank-in everyday
5. Coordinate between hub, warehouse outbound and linehaul for smooth operation
6. Work closely with customer service and assist on handling customer request
7. Control inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel
8. Manage and ensure hub is meeting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standard

Hub Supervisor

1. Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
2. Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
3. Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
4. Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
5. Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
6. Monitor and report KPI compliance
7. Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements

1. Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements
2. Candidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply
3. Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs
4. Basic Microsoft Excel skills
5. At least 3 to 5 years experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
6. Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
7. Excellent leadership and communication skills
8. Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
9. Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
10. Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
11. Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
12. Working location: Telupid 89100, Sabah
