Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary:

• Expected salary: RM2,800 per month

Responsibilities:

• Goods Receiving
• Receive and verify the accuracy of the incoming goods from suppliers
• Check the quality and quantity of the goods
• Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers
• Stock Count
• Conduct regular stock count to ensure accurate inventory level
• Update inventory records and organize warehouse space
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory related issues
• Inventory Management
• Goods Distribution and product request form activities
• Monitor stock level to ensure adequate supply for production
• Work closely with production planner to align stock level with production schedule
• Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on production schedule
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support ongoing production
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received, stock level and goods

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least possess SPM
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Warehouse Coordinator is required
• Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Be able to stand and move around for extended periods
• Have the ability to work in a factory environment (hot and humid)
• Basic: RM1800 – RM3000

Working Hours: 8am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
