Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage warehouse members, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately.
2. Motivate and support team members, providing guidance to those who need encouragement.
3. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods.
4. Coordinate with production, packing, and other departments for smooth workflow.
5. Ensure proper inventory management using SAP and maintain accurate records.
6. Enforce warehouse safety and GMP compliance.
7. Train and mentor staff to enhance efficiency and team performance.
8. Operate a forklift when necessary and ensure proper handling of warehouse equipment.

Requirements:

1. At least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably within food manufacturing.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
5. Experience in SAP for inventory management and knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).
7. Forklift operation experience (certification is a plus).
