Warehouse Assistant Manager

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Cocoaland)’s journey has been one of reinvention – from our humble beginnings as a family-owned, local snacks and fruit gummy producer to now a major confectionary manufacturer that is listed on Bursa. Today, Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB), after a full acquisition on 4 November 2022.

What will you do?

1. Operations Management
   Assist in planning and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management.
   Monitoring warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
   Oversee the loading and unloading of goods and ensure proper documentation.
   Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch.
2. Inventory Management
   Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
   Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies and improvement plan to increase the warehouse inventory accuracy.
   Implement inventory management best practices.
3. Compliance and Safety
   Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
   Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
   Assist superior in implementing and maintaining compliance with warehouse SOPs.
   Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas & solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
   Collaborate with warehouse manager to implement new system and procedures.
4. Reporting
   Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse performance and stock levels.
   Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments and return stocks.
   Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation when required.

About you?

Degree/Diploma/Certificates in related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Warehouse or similar role in manufacturing environment.
Good communication abilities (oral & written).
Strong leadership skill, analytical and communication skill.
Familiar and hands-on with problem solving tools.
Positive working attitude and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Creative problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation, interpersonal and skills.
Willing to learn & highly committed.
