About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Titanium Industries Southeast Asia Sdn. Bhd' in Simpang Ampat, Penang. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facility.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming goods and materials
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse layout and storage systems
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the wider logistics team as required
• Documentations and ERP system.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
• Forklift operation experience and certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A commitment to health and safety procedures
• Excellent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Taiwan, Shanghai and USA team.
