We are seeking a crucial role in providing accounting support to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations within an organization to join our team as a Warehouse Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for pick pack parcel & warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
Generate Airway Bill, Pick and Pack products following packing standard according to customer orders from E-commerce account.
Collaborate with shipping courier to ensure timely pickup of the complete package.
Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments.
Perform regular inventory counts and organize inventory shelves or storage areas.
Inspect product for defects, damage or discrepancies and record if any.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, stock levels and other relevant information.
Keep warehouse clean and organized with product arrangement for easy accessibility.
Any other task assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Applicable for Male Only
Able to write and speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to perform basic calculations.
Willing to learn, with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Able to drive forklift & reach truck.
Able to use computer systems.
Working Location: Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru
