Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify incoming goods against purchase order and perform Goods Receipt into system.
• Report, document any damaged or missing items and notify relevant internal departments.
• Organize and store inventory in designated bin locations.
• Conduct regular stock-take exercises.
• Update records and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Retrieve, prepare, label and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.
• Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Vallen’s operations policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

• Basic understanding of logistics operations
• Ability to work as a team
• Well organized
• Forklift or scissor lift certificates
• Required language: English and Malay
