Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering processes to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Oversee the proper storage and handling of frozen goods, ensuring they are kept at the appropriate temperatures.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
Manage the distribution of products to customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent supply chain operations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the company’s frozen products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to resolve quality issues.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in production, storage, and delivery processes.
Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and process optimizations.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in frozen food production and storage technologies.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on production progress, inventory levels, logistics performance, and any issues that arise.
Maintain and update all required documentation related to product quality, inventory, and compliance.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or production in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience: At least [1] years of experience in operations management or a similar role within the food industry, preferably in frozen food production or distribution.
