Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing warehouse operations.
• Assist in managing inventory which includes inbound and outbound operations, return management, and packing supplies.
• Ensure all the incoming shipments are accurately inspected for quantity and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Support the fulfillment team with the day-to-day operations of order entry, processing, dispatching, scheduling, and documentation.
• Assist and manage order delivery and ensure timely order fulfillment in compliance with company standards.
• Support and work with the customer service team to address any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Utilize data and analytics tools to gather insights on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to operations.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in any related field, or any equivalent education/experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous working experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
