Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound scanning
• Prepare daily duty invoices
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries or support
• Conduct detained shipment scanning
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 1 year of warehouse-related experience (preferred)
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (half-day)
