Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  2. Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory and databases
  3. Take inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed
  4. Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
  5. Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  6. To perform any duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/O Level
  2. Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  3. Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
  4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  5. Excellent communication skills.
