Job Description

• To determine the nature of the telephone calls and to clarify with the caller on the name of the consultant/doctor (where required)
• To direct calls to relevant department / Medical Concierge / Telemedicine Command Centre for any medical / clinical enquiries
• Respond to general enquiries from customers confidently pertaining to the hospital services and facilities
• Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
• To make appointment for customer 48 hours prior of working hours
• Follow all the protocol / procedure in handling all emergency situation and calls (i.e.: attending emergency code)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate
• Working experience in Telecommunication background is an advantage.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
• Willing to work on shift basis (including night shift), weekends and Public Holiday
