Positions Available

Personal Financial Consultant

Achieve PFC ASB Financing, Smart Money, Education Financing, Personal Financing, ASNB Variables, Bancassurance & Banca Takaful, Credit Card targets as assigned.
Achieve branch business referral target as assigned.
Execute sales plan and strategies to achieve the targets assigned.

Customer Service Officer

Assist in managing daily branch operational activity, monitoring compliance, and regulatory requirements in accordance with the Bank's internal policy and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the highest quality customer experience through customer service and image enhancement opportunities.
Assist in referral and cross-selling of deposits/investment/insurance/Wealth/Takaful products & cross-selling activities towards achieving branch target.

Customer Service Representative

Provide frontline service to customers.
Deliver quality customer service in accordance with the Bank's internal policies.
Perform back-office functions as well as rendering customer service support.
Contribute towards branch's deposit growth and cross-selling Deposit/Investment/Bancassurance/Banca Takaful products.
