Walk-in Interview 22 January 2025: Customer Service Representative (Johor)

Responsibilities

  • Make telephone calls to new-to-bank/existing customers to obtain and update personal information.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Perform customers' information maintenance based on the obtained information.
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and uphold the confidentiality of customer information and all other bank information.
  • Act as a representative of the bank at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with the management of customer information at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and customer servicing skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with keyboarding skills.
  • Fast learner and comfortable with learning new products and system applications.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotation shift.
