Responsibilities

• Promote and acquire customers for various types of products within the Maybank Group
• Achieve and exceed sales performance via upsell and cross-sell
• Adhere to banking regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
• Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximize opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention
• Continuously uphold integrity in all customer interactions
• Serve effectively and efficiently in meeting customer requirements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holders from a recognized university
• SPM holders with a minimum of 1 year working experience
• Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
