Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the Restaurant service is at a quality at all times whilst preserving a level of guest privacy.
2. Complete all cleaning and preparation to ensure a smooth service at all times.
3. Prepare and carry out food and beverage service to customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
4. Notify the Restaurant Manager if you observe a particular item of stock is running low.
5. Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
