Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing food & beverage orders, ensuring food service standards, communicating effectively with guests, and possibly assisting in cooking tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
