Description

1. Providing excellent waitress service to ensure satisfaction.
2. Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
3. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
4. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
5. Stay up to date on any menu changes and daily specials.
6. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
7. Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
8. Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas.
9. Refill ice bins as necessary.
10. Experience in preparing simple beverages.
11. Able to report for duty punctually, wearing a correct and clean uniform and name badge at all times.
12. Familiar with the POS terminal system.
13. Print closing report and tally the settlements for the day with the batch closing report from the POS system.
