Waiter / Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly; lead guests to assigned dining area; present menus.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
• Provide courteous, fast, and accurate service to guests and customers.
• Take orders and communicate food orders effectively to the kitchen.
• Execute day-to-day tasks in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor overall hygiene standards.
• Adhere to the attendance procedure, ensuring punctuality and compliance with the work schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
• Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with a POS system is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently with a positive and responsible demeanor.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
