JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Food & Beverage Service:

1. Prepare and serve food and drinks, such as coffee, tea, pastries, and light meals.
2. Ensure food and drinks look appealing and meet quality standards.
3. Accurately take orders and handle payments, offering recommendations as needed.

2. Customer Interaction:

1. Engage with customers using friendly and conversational skills.
2. Take and complete orders efficiently, accommodating special requests.
3. Help customers choose from the menu and share item details.
4. Answer questions and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
5. Keep the café clean and organized, including dining and service areas.
6. Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
7. Assist with food preparation and serving.
8. Work with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
9. Attend team meetings and training to learn about new menu items and policies.
10. Support special events and promotions for a great guest experience.

3. Health and Safety:

1. Follow food safety and hygiene rules.
2. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirement:

1. Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
2. Experience in art, technology, or immersive experiences is a plus.
3. Salary depends on relevant experience.
4. Strong customer service and positive attitude.
5. Knowledge of safe food preparation and handling.
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced café environment.
7. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
