VP2 System Analyst (SAP ECC6), Far Tech

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate IT projects for the bank and APAC branches.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define project scope, and build consensus with users.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and change management processes.
• Coordinate functional design, data sourcing, and system enhancements.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and vendor collaboration for testing environments.
• Prepare deployment plans, release checklists, and project documentation.
• Lead Go-Live activities and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage risks, resolve production incidents, and coordinate developer resources.
• Ensure adherence to quality coding practices and continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 years of project management experience with SAP ECC6, focusing on Finance modules (FICO, GL, AP, AR, CO-CCA, CO-IO, BCS).
• Knowledge of MM, RE-FX, AA, Workflow Management, SAP ABAP, Control-M, JIRA, SAP Basis, and Oracle databases is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
