Voice Network Engineer Expert

Duration – 1 year, extendable

Location – Puchong, Malaysia

Experience – 5-8 Years

Desired Experience

Extensive hands-on experience (configurations and troubleshooting) and design on Cisco Unified Communication products such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connections (CUC) (at least 5 years).

Hands-on experience on Oracle Session Border Controllers (SBC).

Solid understanding of VoIP protocols such as H.323, SIP, SCCP, etc.

Basic understanding of routing/switching concepts and troubleshooting skills is a must.

Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite and packet level analysis for solving complex network connectivity issues.

Basic understanding of standard routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.

Understanding of new networking products, trends, and capabilities to propose in target solutions.

Able to document operational support procedures and network diagrams for operational support purposes.

Requires working with teammates in other locations in the region.
