Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

Couch Designs Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our stores deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to conceptualise and implement visually striking in-store displays and presentations
2. Oversee the daily execution of visual merchandising standards across our retail network
3. Train and provide guidance to the Visual Merchandising team to uphold brand guidelines and best practices
4. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continually improve the visual appeal and functionality of our store environments
5. Support the procurement and maintenance of visual merchandising assets and materials
6. Contribute to the development of seasonal and promotional visual merchandising strategies

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years' experience in visual merchandising or a related retail role
2. Strong eye for design, layout and visual presentation
3. Excellent project management and organisational skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
5. Proven track record of driving sales through impactful visual merchandising
6. Tertiary qualification in visual merchandising, interior design or a related field
