Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall business development and fulfilling company requirements.
2. Execute store set-ups by following visual directives via photographs and the company visual campaign book, adapting as necessary to suit regional needs.
3. Provide PowerPoint recaps from all store visits to be shared with the company.
4. Implement and maintain visual displays and merchandising to maximize store business.
5. Analyze store sales data and inventory weekly, adjusting displays of best sellers, less sellers, and high inventory goods according to headquarters' requirements.
6. Execute displays for windows, merchandising, and special events throughout the region.
7. Stay informed about competition and retail visual industry standards in the marketplace.
8. Receive regular exhibition training from Headquarters.
9. Perform ad hoc work as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree.
• Working experience in the apparel retailing field is preferred.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good presentation and communication skills, and ability to travel long-term to different locations.
• Willingness to travel around Malaysia.
• Experience with brands such as Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Padini, or other retail clothing brands is preferred.

Salary Package:

Annual Salary RM 62,800 and above, exclusive of bonuses.
