Focus on relationship building and networking with the existing and prospective SME / Non-Retail customers by understanding their existing and future funding/financial needs. The role is responsible for contacting SME / Non-Retail customers and proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling either by cold calling or answering requests.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Team Lead, Virtual RM to proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling to SME / Non-Retail customers.
Proactively call potential customers to cross-sell and ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ needs and requirements.
Understand and keep up to date with customers’ needs and seek cross-sell opportunities to propose products that fit their needs.
Provide insights into the Bank’s products and accurate information about products such as Working Capital Loan, Overdraft, Refinancing, and Credit Card to cross-sell to customers.
Build positive relationships with customers and maintain an up-to-date record of customer contact and important information for future reference.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
