Videographer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and editing engaging video content across social media platforms, with a focus on Xiaohongshu and TikTok. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on video content.
• Support in the preparation of client reports and presentations, summarizing campaign results and key findings.
• Responsible for creative production for industrial / corporate videos.
• Post-processing of materials such as production, editing, and sound effects.
• Timely and efficient completion of video shooting and editing.
• Stay updated on platform trends, ensuring our content is fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
• Good written and communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.
• Ability to analyze data to improve campaign performance.
• Familiar with camera, lighting, and videography equipment operation.
• Familiar with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies for short-form video.
• Ability to create engaging and high-quality video content tailored to platform-specific audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and driving social media growth is a plus.
